Limitations: scores and recommendations are based on heuristics derived from publicly recognised AI engine signals. They do not replace manual testing in each engine. Always verify results before making commercial decisions.

Express report: the EUR 29 report is for single professional use. It does not include ongoing access or any guarantee of commercial results.

Intellectual property: the AIPresenceCheck brand, code and content are the property of Leandro Sierra. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

Liability: the service is provided 'as is'. We do not guarantee continuous availability, freedom from errors or uninterrupted operation.

Governing law: French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Lyon, France.
